The final order of garnishment was entered on March 21st, 2023,

and it's entered pursuant to the Mandatory Victim Restitution Act

and the Federal Debt Collection Procedure Act.

And the United States sought to obtain inserved rites of garnishment upon garnishes

for substantial, non-except property belonging to or due to Gen Shaw

in order to collect restitution owed to the victims of her crime.

Yes, so what happened?

And we know from, or you should know, from our coverage of Gen Shaw's legal case

is that she was ordered to pay restitution.

And as part of that, the court is able to seek and garnish some of the money

that she is owed from various employers.

And so the definition is the amount of money, property, or credits other than personal earnings

of the judgment debtor that are in the garnishes possession
