Hey, I don't know if you saw the Mom Donnie rally. There was Letitia James screaming, I will not bend,

I will not bow, I will not break. What does all that mean?

Well, she, you know, she is, you know, creating a melodrama for her own benefit.

The problem for her is that purely on the paperwork that she executed, you know, it's a pretty serious case against her, bank fraud, false statements to a financial institution.

You cannot claim a house, whether it's primary or secondary,

as an occupied residence, and then obtain a lower, more favorable mortgage rate and then rent it out

without telling the bank. You're cheating the lender by lying about the financial risk.

And documents show that James incriminated herself.

Take a look at her mortgage papers, her insurance application.

In both of those, she said she would occupy the house at least partially.

But on IRS records, she admitted it was purely a rental with zero personal occupancy.

Well, it can't be both.

And it turns out that James never resided there, even briefly.

Her defense, through her attorney, is,

oh, it's all a terrible misunderstanding. It's just a paperwork snafu. Somebody else is to

blame. But under James' own stated standard, in the case she brought against Trump,

she declared that's never an excuse under the law.

The borrower is always responsible regardless of what other did.

So, you know, she's hoisted on her own pittart, as Shakespeare would say.
