Hey, Desirvin listeners. So we just celebrated our 17-year anniversary by having a 10-hour

0:07.5

live stream on YouTube, Berto and I. The past few years, that's what we've been doing,

0:13.8

is sort of a marathon live stream on YouTube. And in preparation for that live stream, I sent out a survey to all the patrons and the YouTube. And in preparation for that live stream, I sent out a survey to all the patrons and the

0:24.6

YouTube members and asked them to submit short questions and also more serious questions.

0:30.6

You know, I had one question. It's like, what's a short, fun question that you have for us and what's a serious question?

0:36.6

And before live streaming,

0:39.0

I identified a set of questions that I thought were suitable that would be good for the live stream.

0:46.0

But we only got to about half of those questions and that was even just a small representation

0:53.8

1:10.1

1:20.7

Well, my answer to that is I don't cook at all. I'm terrible at it. I don't know. It's just one of those things I've just

1:30.4

never, I want to. I have asked, I watch a lot of YouTube videos where they make food. I feel

1:38.3

like I have a lot of knowledge in my head, but I've never actually done it, which I'm sure is, you know, a lot more complicated

1:46.5

than what's in my head. I seem to watch a lot of YouTube videos where they make baguettes,

1:51.9

because I love baguettes, and I feel like I could make a baguette, maybe, I don't know.

1:57.0

But yeah, so, but the one thing I do cook is Spam Usubi and I have a special Seattle Kirk version of it that, like I use a different nodey.

2:09.6

I don't use the, I use Fudakake.

2:13.8

I use cream cheese, which for some people might gross people out, but that's kind of a Seattle thing.
