A leaked draft opinion from the Supreme Court appears to show that Roe v Wade may be overturned and as you would expect the left is

political published a report that according to a leaked draft majority opinion written by Justice Samuel Alito that the Supreme Court as of you know of course nothing is locked in until they published the final opinion but as of the time that the draft was written it appeared to show that the court would be overturning Roe v Wade and

the court was a plan for versus Casey he says Alito says in his opinion Roe was egregiously wrong from the start we hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled and it is time to heed the constitution and return the issue of abortion to the people's elected representatives.

I attempted to read the full opinion there were parts of it that I absolutely understood and then of course parts of it only you know lawyers and very smart people such as yourself can really understand so I want you Josh I want you to explain to the viewers just kind of Alito's entire just a summary of this opinion.

Sure yeah so first of all obviously what happened here is literally unprecedented there is no precedent whatsoever for what has transpired in this case good for the chief justice for formally condemning and kind of getting the martial the Supreme Court tasked on this hopefully we eventually have justice for the leaker whoever he or she is.

And hopefully we'll find out soon who the leaker is in the first place I do predict will find out soon but to your question Sarah on the actual opinion itself all the odds with you is a much more powerful majority opinion than I thought that we're going to get out this case back after all I mean back in December.
