Summary
In this special episode, Rik's childhood friend Kate opens up to the men about the loss of her husband to suicide. After listening to How Men Think, she asked Rik for his help and wanted to share her story.
She felt it was important and hopes that by talking about mental illness with the men it will help save lives and keep families whole.
It's a topic people aren't talking about nearly enough and the men felt it was imperative to have this conversation.
If you or someone close to you needs help or support, the National Suicide Prevention Hotline is available 24/7 at 1-800-273-8255
