What steps do you feel you've taken in the past week with four points from a couple of games just to start turning things around?

No, the first thing you said in your question, four points out of two games is different.

The last two home games we've played, which we've both lost and conceded seven goals.

And in the last two games we were one deflection away from keeping two clean sheets.
