Phil, obviously I'll start with you. You were at Bournemouth, another really disappointing display

and result for Leeds. Can you just paint the picture of the end of that game? Because I think

that probably tells the story of the mood at the club at the moment perfectly. It paints the picture

of All Hope gone, really, for this season.

But I also think for the regime at Leeds, I've said on a few podcasts over the past few weeks

that this feels and looks very much like a regime that is absolutely at the end of its cycle.

And this has been building for several weeks. You could say it's been

building for several months. If you go back to October, you'll find games where the crowd were

turning on Jesse Marsh, were looking for a change of head coach at that point, you know,

literally two or three months into the season.

There's never been any impetus. There's never been any momentum. There was a period or a moment

under Havie Grasier after a win over Nottingham Forest, but it felt like he had the lead in his hand
