Welcome. This is another edition of Grabs of the interviews. Of course, I'm Phil Lindsay. I'm here with Righteous Reg. And we have a guest that I feel it's been long overdue.

Because me and Reg are of course both fans. Reg has been calling you out of your name for about three years now.

But yeah, we've got the Ring of Honor Pure Champion, Lee Moriarty. How are you?

You've got your first big pay-per-view title defense coming up this weekend, Friday, December 20th at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. How are you feeling going into the event?

Very nervous in the sense that this is a new experience for me, but it's also something that I've dreamt about. So I've

wrestled on pay-per-view before. I've never gone into a pay-per-view being the champion and not

knowing my opponent. So this being an open challenge, I don't know who I'm facing. And it being in

such a legendary arena like Emersonaboard room, it's very special to me because I would daydream

about this when I was in school.

I would go to the computer lab. I would watch Ring of Honor wrestling. I will watch all kinds

of pro wrestling that happened at very building. So it's very exciting and butterfly-filling

moment for me. Well, Leland Moriarty, we finally meet. He's finally here. Wow, guess that? That's crazy. I'm kidding. I'm kidding. Lee. Appreciate you definitely being here. How do you talking about Hammerstein this Friday? You're the pure champion. So there's going to be pure rules. You know, you're in that element already. How do you prepare for somebody you don't know with these type of rules?

That is a good question because I think with pure rules, you need more preparation than a regular

match because there's so many different obstacles and things like that.

But for me, I take pride in what i call a target style and that is the

ability to adapt to my opponent in any situation i can go in there with one game plan but because i've

studied every style of pro wrestling i can change it just like that and i'm not going to have a problem

...
