you are a person that believes in the pre-trib position. This is a position that often is

people will abandon the pre-trip position and they'll go to the pre-rath position, which is

attractive to many people. And Lee's going to do a great job today of discussing the background

at it because there's no doubt that when you get into some of the minutia of things,

there are some great questions as it relates to the pre-triposition.

And we don't want to shy away from any objections.

I mean, I want to embrace objections head on.

And if you don't know Lee Brainerd, Lee had emailed me, Bob and myself probably about a year ago, and he had been working on another message where he was doing research in some of the ancient Greek texts that have never been translated into English.

Because one of the other myths that you hear is that the pre-tribulation position started with John Darby in the late 1800s.

And so scholars have been looking for 50 years for theological statements by church fathers and

others that held to a pre-tribulation position. And Lee, there's nobody that has done more lately

than Lee Brainerd on this topic and so he is a great

scholar he's very meticulous which I appreciate so Lee come on up all right you can tell from

The pre-rath rapture is the single biggest threat to the pre-tribulation rapture in our day,

and it doesn't have to be if we understand

the weaknesses of that system.
