The 37-year-old Do Everything Superstar flew back to L.A. Saturday for treatment on his left knee.

An MRI revealed some general swelling there. Didn't happen in a game or on a play.

Just something LeBron woke up with 37.

Frank Vogel said they'll wait for that swelling to subside before they consider his return.
