Welcome to the Fantasy NBA today podcast. I'm going to try to keep spirits high on this podcast, but it's not going to be easy.

Because yesterday truly was,

I don't even matter what sport you were paying attention to,

yesterday was a day of injury, and it sucks.

You don't expect to have such a short card

and also come up with big injury stuff, although to be fair one of them was from a game on

Sunday so I guess I need to be a little bit more judicious and how I throw around

what happened on yesterday's actual card.

But the big one of course is Lamello Ball, who seemed to just kind of roll his ankle a little

bit, not on anybody else's foot, he was kind of backpedaling and it buckled and I remember

I was watching that game because I was funny I was watching Dennis Smith Jr. because I had just talked about him on the podcast as a guy sliding

into additional role when Jaylyn McDaniels and Mason Plumlee got shipped out.

It wasn't the most obvious thing because you figured

all right two front court guys now PJ Washington was out and yesterday's ball game as well so it was three guys out

and that's when Dennis Smith kind of jumped up from like 25 26 minutes up into the 30 range was

They just moved everybody up a click it wasn't like DSJ was getting PJ Washington's minutes. It was that, you know,

Oubray, Kelly Oubray, who's been working his way back,

he picked up a few,

and J.T. Thor picked up probably the biggest chunk of them.

But then everybody just had to do a little bit more.

So Gordon Hayward had to go a little bit more,

and Rozier had to do a little bit more,
