Today we are talking with Valerie Wanamaker.

She's an Anya Graham enthusiast and has a deep appreciation for the wisdom it can provide

on how we show up in love, work and play.

Valerie began studying the Anya Graham in 2012 as an accredited professional with the International

Anya Graham Association and is a certified teacher of the Abodiment tradition.

She teaches locally in Asheville, North Carolina, she's my neighbor, and provides online offerings

including workshops, groups and individual sessions.

Hi, thanks for having me.

I am so excited, we are recording this virtually, but you're like right around the corner.

Yes, I know, and Asheville is so small.

It is, it's crazy to, we have hung out virtually twice for the summit and for the podcast

and not in person, well, we didn't person one time, kind of.

Kind of, yeah, I think the first time we met maybe some years ago, but I think too, since

we've done virtual stuff, the pandemic started shortly thereafter, so we wouldn't even have

had an opportunity.

We're basically the same as everyone.

Yeah, this is a normal relationship.
