Hi and welcome to the Orvis Fly Fishing Guide Podcast. This is your host Tom

Rosenbauer and this podcast is being recorded on January 17th, 2014.

And I'm afraid that I don't have any good phone calls

to play this week.

I had, I only had a couple of calls and they dealt with subjects that I can't

can't deal with without getting a guest host on the show, someone interviews.

So there are no phone calls.

So for the five box portion, I'm going to handle a few email questions.

And also I'd like to urge you for the next few weeks, next month or so, to send in any fly-tying questions you have either over the telephone or by email because February is going to be kind of fly tying month. We're having some special promotions in fly tying and we're running the fly tying 101 free classes in our retail stores. We're going to be doing some

giveaways on the blog and Facebook, flytime books and a special grand prize.

We're gonna have a fly tying photo contest.

So we're gonna do lots of fun fly tying stuff

so I would like to like to get some really good fly tying

questions both advanced and basic. We'll probably do something on basic fly tying and how I get into it and then we'll work into some more detailed and more expert level fly tying
