Ah, Fort Worth. Oh, I, I'll go to Texas very often.

My sister and a niece live in Austin, but I don't really get, I guess I fly through there on American all the time.

I guess I... Where are you? I'm in Miami. Oh, very nice. I'm in Miami. So that's like a hub for American. So I've probably been

in Texas a lot more than I realize, but you never leave the airport, right? Spend a little time in Texas.

Come, come hanging on some ranches and do some fun stuff. You know, I got some hunting land in Kentucky.

Nice. So my business partner loves that stuff. He loves being out there.

Oh, that's heaven to me. Yeah, we just, we just bought 300 acres in January, and I'm trying to

spend as much time as I can out on that land. Yeah. Is that in Texas, you bought that land?

Yeah, about an hour and a half away from Fort Worth. Nice, nice. Yeah,

my business partner, I think I'm more of a city person. I kind of like walking, not driving,

and having access to like, I don't know, espressoes and people. So I try. You know, the big problem

for me was going in the woods in the summer and having all those insects.

Like, it didn't work for me. My business partner laughed at me. He was like, there's no big deal. I'm like, dude, come on.
