I'm Callen Brower, joined by Lewis Phillips, and wow.

We have a chaotic 450 championship scenario unfolding seemingly out of nowhere

when we thought things that may be stabilized and we were getting into a normal trend down the stretch and suddenly, bam, things are a bit blown wide open again. We got MXGP talk today. We got MX or a 250 class talk, but I feel like that one's getting a bit more stable as well. But more importantly, I get to see my friend Big Lou, who I did not see this weekend, a bit of a lonely one for you in Detroit. None of us really came. You were kind of the lone soldier this weekend. And I think by the end of it, everything was okay because he seemed quite happy in your chase interview. Yeah, first of all, I'm still very paranoid about this mic. So is this okay, or do I lean in? You're fine. Okay, it's really light on my mind. You're good. Yeah, it was a lonely weekend. It would have been great to have someone there.

But, you know, you really find out who you are when you're faced, when you're staring down the barrel of loneliness like that. I've never sat in a press box with AirPods in. Listening to podcasts and music. I didn't want to ask you if it reminded you at all of your MXGP days because, like, well, you did have friends in MXGP that you'd hang out and talk with, but you were kind of the only like journalistic media guy that would be there at some races, right? Yeah, but I'd always be in pit lane watching and when you're in pit lane, there's people everywhere, you know? Yeah, that's true. That's true. And mechanics and VIPs and just guests and whatever else.

But first of all, Klen, a sad week for LVK.

I'd like to extend the sincerest apology to you.

And in hindsight, I have taken now steps to fix my anger issues.

And I went to the gym just before this podcast just to, you know, take the anger out there instead of on you.

So I hope that these steps are going to loom large and give you a better experience. Well, I hope not to necessarily speak on your behalf with this necessarily, but

I feel like the show last week was definitely not as bad as you got reaped for it. Yeah, it got

blown way out of proportion. I don't know why. Because the one thing I would want to clear up from it, actually. A lot of, like, Lewis didn't go as hard on Pellatea because he was afraid of his credential. The AMA have zero, zero influence on our credentials. I could walk up to Pellatea and tell him he's doing a fucking terrible job to his face and he couldn't do anything about my credential. Credentials are through felt. So

let's back that down. But I mean like look, this show is literally called Lewis versus Callan.

We're going to have debates and arguments at times and we're not going to agree on everything.

And that's kind of the point of the show in the first place. first place but you know like fans seem to go against you last week and to a degree I get it but also I didn't think it was that bad but on the flip side the week before that fans were going against me because I wasn't calling out the lappers and the privateers enough like this is just the ebbs and flows of podcasting but The Kellyn haters are much more respectful than the Lewis haters.

The Lewis haters are aggressive.

The Kellyn haters are like tea party sort of people.

They're very elegant and sophisticated in their rebuttals.

But I will say that I have full respect for you.
