the show.

welding and a podcast theme, I'll check that out, we were born as a podcast in July,

June of 2008.

So June of 2008, next year, we will be officially 15 years of age.

So we've been around a while, we have a ton of stuff, so check out our other things if

Today I have a returning guest, Jerry Ward, I have had him on before to talk about things

with building skillsets.

Today we're going to talk about a specific one, welding.

And Jerry said he wanted to come at this the same way Mark Baker does with farming, anybody

can farm.

All well, anybody can weld.

And I think welding is one of those things that we kind of think of as like magic people

weld, right?

And there is some real artistry in the world of welding and we'll address some of that

today, but there's also just a practical fundamental skill set.
