What's up friends? Happy Wednesday, everybody. Y'all, Monday's episode was just so good, getting to talk to

Allie and Ashley. And we had them fly all the way here from L.A. So we could not just do one episode.

We had to do two. We talked for so long. And I honestly could have talked for so much longer because

they just carried the joy of the Lord. They had so much good advice. And it was just so fun to

talk to some sisters and friends. And so this is part two, a joy of the Lord. They had so much good advice and it was just so fun to talk to some

sisters and friends. And so this is part two, a continuation of the conversation we had. Y'all,

there's so much more to learn from them. And I am so excited to dive in.

So now I'm going to get to my random things that I wrote down.

Okay, this is something I loved about the show that you guys showed.

And I hope this is okay to talk about if it's not, tell me no.

But it was you with the ice cream.

It was like the overthinking should I

have a cup of ice cream and I related to that so much because when I told y'all

when I told you that like me and my best friend went through so many similar

things to y'all so I remember I had kind of struggled with like eating patterns in the past

like unhealthy things and um then my best friend had two but i didn't know that about her so whenever we

met someone we were like both on tour together she was a backup dancer and i was speaking and that's how

we met and uh someone brought her like dessert and

it was like to celebrate her on tour and it was just like chocolate covered fruit and she came in

and this is when I first met her so I didn't know her well enough to like know the depths of this

she's like do you want this I'm not going to eat it I was like you don't eat it she's like yeah

I just don't like eat that much sugar. I was like, it's fruit.
