On today's program Joyce will be teaching from her series Joy and Enjoyment.

There is a way to enjoy everything we do, even while driving in traffic

or cleaning up the house. Because if we have Jesus, we have joy. Now here's

Joyce with today's teaching. Now we're talking about the subject of joy and

enjoyment. Jesus said he came that we might have and enjoy our lives. Everybody say enjoy my life in abundance to the full

until it overflows. So we hear a lot about joy. The joy, the Lord is my strength. I've lost my joy. I need more joy.

But I said this morning that we have joy. Jesus is in us and we have whatever Jesus has. He's in us. All the

fruit of the spirit. So many good things are in us, Jesus left us his peace.

So it's not a matter of trying to get things that we already have.

It's a matter of learning what's blocking those things from coming forth in our lives.

And so we have joy but also something I think that we miss is that God wants us to enjoy

our lives.

Enjoy your life.

Now, everything can't be a party or a vacation or a special day.

Most of life is pretty ordinary.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.

Whoa, it's a weekend, thank God, Saturday, Sunday.

Oh, but there's Monday again.

Happens to all of us.

And I want to enjoy every moment that I have left,

and trust me, the older you you get the more you're going to feel like that.
