Hello and welcome back to the Unbothered Blonde's podcast. It's going to be a solo episode today with me,

Randa Karaba, but I want to let y'all know that Kate does want to do some podcasting this year. So don't

think she's gone forever. I've missed her. I promise more than y'all have. I feel like some of my

catch up with Kate would be on this podcast. And so sometimes with

both of our schedules with running businesses, all the content creation, being moms and

wives, it can be hard to get our schedules together. But I'm excited to have her back on the podcast

at some point this year whenever she's ready. I'm definitely respecting her space that she's wanting right now with

podcasting because I get it. Life can be a lot and we all have to take care of our own mental

health, set our own boundaries, and figure out our own priorities first. But I wanted to do just a

solo episode, kind of like a rundown of 2021, not bore you, but also it was a very crazy,

hard year. And I have been opening up about it on social media. And the reason why is because,

you know, obviously we see highlight reels. We see, you know, professional, beautiful, curated content,

thought out content, content that's made to encourage, inspire, sell, motivate, all of that type of

stuff. But behind all of that, we're all humans. And being human means we struggle and we have

problems. And I will definitely say business-wise,

this was actually one of the most impactful years for me as far as growth and just overall

impact on others' lives, not only just power fit members or maybe people who follow along

any form of social media with me,

but also when it comes in terms of growing other affiliates for my PowerFit brand,

as well as our empowerment coaches. So it's been a really great year for the coaching community,

and we're just now getting revved up. So I can't wait to see what each of our coaches is able to do

for their own small business as well as their small group members this upcoming year.
