Hello, welcome back to another podcast. Today, it's going to be a solo episode with just me,

Randa Karaba, and I'm actually getting myself dressed, so I'm like multitasking here, but I haven't

done a solo episode in a while. And I do have one more guests lined up in a couple days.

And then after that, I'm going to be taking a little bit of a podcast break

because this PowerFit custom app is about to take over my world come in the middle of

April. We've got three or four really time-indusive months of content migration, content

creation, app creation, basically. So I wanted to come on and do a little

solo episode until then to give y'all some new stuff to listen to and to say when it goes

and there's a couple months without anything on there, I'm not leaving forever, just taking a

little break to focus on where my top priority has to be work-wise

in my time. So let's go ahead and dive on in. First thing I wanted to share about was if you follow

me on Instagram, you'll know that, number one, we had like the craziest year of 2021. And I

honestly feel like it continued into 2022. The new year, let's see,

Grant got COVID. It hit him hard. Like when I had it a year ago, I wasn't that bad,

but Grant got hit hard with just the tired, the body aches. And so that was hard, getting over

that. I'm sure some of you have had where COVID's hit your family harder than others.

And then Grant and I got the stomach bug right after that.

So as soon as, oh, then never mind.

Me back up.

Croy got diagnosed with IGA vasculitis.

Scary, scary, scary stuff.
