1:19.5	Oh, thanks so much for having me. It's truly an honor to be here with you.
1:22.4	Oh, well, I'm so excited to dive in. So you start the book kind of talking out about childhood
1:29.6	and how kind of as an adult, you go back to childhood and you kind of replay some things that
1:35.6	are happening and you become much more aware of how to hold space for others, how to love others
1:45.9	on a deeper level. And I got to tell you Matt, I've been interviewing people since I was 14 years
1:52.0	old. I'm 40 now. And you just write in such a beautiful almost poetic, flowy way that I was
