Summary

UNFILTERED: I’m joined by Laurina Sachetti, host of Funny Girl Podcast to talk about her experience embracing her sexuality. We learned what led her to become pansexual (and what that means), what signs she saw and may have ignored, and how she began to experiment dating people of different genders and sexual orientations. Laurina shares how the queer community has embraced her, how she navigates telling someone she’s queer when on a date, and what differences she’s noticed between dating men and dating other genders.

thank you so much for having me back. And for those of you who don't know me, my name is Lorena and I am a part of the Funny Girl podcast. So what's up? You are the Funny Girl podcast. I know. I have to get used to that. It's so weird. I still use We and it's just me. I'm like, we're back with another episode and I'm like, it's just me, but I'm going to keep saying we, I have to get used to it. You and me are a part of a very small club of people who had co-hosts and then no longer had co-hosts. So I completely feel you on the we to the me, sitch. It's so funny, I do it all the time.

1:31.0

2:00.3

It was going to be unfiltered. We were maybe going to change your voice so that people wouldn't recognize that it was you since you've been on the show, that people we know in common since we grew up together, went to college together, went to college together, wouldn't recognize. But now you're here and we're doing this, doing this in every way. In real time.

We're open to the world.
