Hi everyone, this is your host, Kelly, from the Storytellers Live team. On each episode, a different

woman shares her story often in a live setting with the bottom line being that God is good.

Now, we all have big dreams and plans. Some start when we're children, some evolve as we grow older,

and some of us discover that our

plans are not quite what God had in mind, but often we discover that what God has for us is

so much greater and more powerful than we could ever imagine.

And this is the case for our storyteller today, Paige.

Foster care was something that was not on her radar or her families.

This is the story of how Paige and her husband released their own plans for their family

and began to chase God-sized dreams, putting aside their fear and their hesitations, and

just trusting him.

I asked her to get me a tissue.

I know I'm going to need it.

And I'll probably cry at the weirdest times that don't even make sense. But anyway, I'm Paige, and I am married to John Henry Hedrick. We've been married for almost 10 years in June. And we have two children, a Piper who is six, and Hudson, who is four.

And just, I just have a beautiful family, and God has blessed me so much.

And so now I'm going to tell you the story of how we arrived at becoming foster parents.
