So excited to have you here and I think that you know your messages about

success and you know getting unstuck and being unstoppable and how we speak to

ourselves and how we speak to other people is so important for women but I

think especially right now. Yeah, I think right now, like you just mentioned with your kids, we're having to make so many decisions.

There's so many opportunities to second-guess yourself, you know, opportunity to think, am I doing something that's going to

hurt my kids, etc? And not just with kids, I think it's just all around. We don't know there's so much uncertainty and with uncertainty there's

always the opportunity that you're going to get it wrong which is where the guilt comes

from. Yeah a hundred percent and there is so much guilt and I think for me, honestly about the kids, it all works out, if good days and bad days, there's kids, but what really struck me when I knew you were coming on and I was reading your books and what struck me was that I need this education for myself because I think as women we tend to put ourselves last a lot.

And you know, one of my daughter said to me the other day, she's 16, almost 17,

and she was like, God, I'm so depressed and I'm like, yeah, me too.
