0:10.9	But the first is that every relationship is different.
0:16.1	So like even when you were saying that there were some guys that were kind of making stories about,
0:23.7	like, oh, I need this type of girl, like, I need a virgin or a girl with a low body count.
0:29.6	Or a low body count, yeah.
0:33.1	It kind of sets you up for failure because you're looking when you meet someone, when you meet someone that you're dating.
0:42.2	Well, they don't take any responsibility for their part. They say, well, if I just, if I meet a girl like this, then everything's going to be fine.
0:49.0	Yeah. But then they're also, you're also not being present at that point when you're meeting the person. You're just
0:54.9	kind of like checking off boxes and looking at them through these different filters. Like if you're
1:00.3	just able to be present and be curious to get to know the person in front of you without any of
1:07.4	these judgments of, oh, they need to be this or that, if I'm going to date them, like,
1:11.9	just, you know, base it off how you actually feel rather than all of these, like, boxes
1:17.1	you're checking off in your head. That's my relationship advice. And that's in even throughout the
1:23.5	entire relationship as well. If you just keep coming back to like how am I feeling
1:28.9	with this person right now and not let the head get so involved as much so that makes sense
1:36.0	you're looking at me like it doesn't make sense but you know what do you mean by that like
1:40.8	not getting the head so are you talking about the difference between the head and the heart and what you're feeling versus what you're thinking.
1:47.6	Yeah.
1:48.1	And because that was a big thing for me, again, with us getting back together, was the stories that I had about us in our relationship and how he was going to show up and how I was going to feel.
2:00.2	Like I had all of these preconceived stories built up and I wasn't actually present
2:05.2	into the moment of what's actually happening now.
