We got a great show for you guys today.

It's a topic that actually somebody recently requested in premier coaching.

It's one of these tactical and practical things that we talk about occasionally

where when Julie and I are putting the call together, the show together,

or writing the content, in this case we were writing this for a book.

We always think to ourselves, oh, my gosh, it's just going to be one of those things

that doesn't have enough appeal to enough people, you know.

Sometimes we'll just do things that are a little bit in our real house.

We'll talk about losing weight.

We'll talk about healthy nutrition.

We'll talk about, you know, ketones.
