0:00.0	Next on the list is that I love wisdom, especially from people who are wiser than me.
0:09.6	So all of my life, I've looked up to people who are older than me. I did dance for about
0:19.1	four years. I did hip-hop dance classes. And I was nine years old,
0:24.4	surrounded by a bunch of 18 and 19 year olds. And by doing that, I kind of observed how they
0:32.8	were interacting, what they were doing. And I just looked up to them so much and wanted to be them and I wanted to be
0:39.3	older and my mom and her friends, I'm really close with my neighbor and his son and all his friends
0:46.2	were like 20, 25 when I was just starting high school and I would hang out with them every single
0:53.6	night talking with them and I just felt like I was one of them and I would hang out with them every single night talking with them
0:55.1	and I just felt like I was one of them and I just loved hearing their wisdom and hearing their
1:01.8	experiences because I was so young at the time I didn't go through anything that they had been through
1:05.5	so it was so interesting to just hear their stories and I feel like I just take in a lot of what they told me and apply it to my own life now.
1:18.2	And now that I'm 19, I look up to the people who are 30 and look up to them.
1:24.9	And I feel like just for the rest of my life, I'll always be trying to collect as much wisdom as possible from the elders in my life.
1:33.8	So, yeah.
1:35.7	It helps you speed up your success when you learn from people that have kind of been through it before.
1:41.4	Because then you don't have to reinvent the wheel.
1:45.5	They made all mistakes. They stepped on all the landmines especially having an older sister who made all the mistakes
1:51.2	before me i got to watch her and her friends and learn from them so that i didn't make the same mistakes
