My guest today, on the confidence boosting Join Up Dots free podcast interview is a man who has been on one hell of a transformation after realising that his life was not going the way that he wanted it to go.....and then doing something about it. As he says "In the past I had been successful in a variety of ventures. I worked for large corporations as well as being a small business owner wearing every hat imaginable. In 2010, I realized those hats did not fit very well. I finally looked myself in the mirror and realized I needed to change. I’m a father, a son, a travel junkie, a dog lover, a pilot, a golfer and a lot of other things. And at that point I began a total makeover of my life, both inside and out. Since 2010, I’ve visited 32 countries, circumnavigated the globe twice, sold a business, sold an airplane, placed all my belongings in storage and became a nomad." But the key thing is since that moment of epiphany in 2010, he has realized that many people are afraid to own their greatness and enjoy every ounce they can out of their lives. Fears, worries, and obstacles prevent all of us from moving forward in certain ways and he decided that he wanted to help others step into their greatness so that they can live the life of their dreams. And now he challenges people across the world, to become the biggest version of themselves that they can be. He challenges them to ask the important questions that we all bury deep down inside ourselves. Those questions that we need to desperately ask if we ever want to stand out from the crowd and live the lives of our dreams. And in the process his work is allowing him to enjoy more and more of his life too. So why did it take a leap in New Zealand to finally realize, that everything we want in life starts with a decision to "Go" And where does he see the biggest issue with people today, a lack of belief that they can match up to what they are seeing the world doing, or simply dreaming big enough.
