That's right, this is our bonus day in the leap year.

The US Supreme Court will hear the Special Counsel's request to determine if President Trump has absolute immunity.

Well, Jack Smith, the Special Counsel, got his wish and something tells me he's already very

sorry he prodded the Supreme Court.

Immunity already given judges, senators and congressmen,

then there's every question about Smith's legitimacy as a special counsel.

He was appointed by Attorney General Merrick Garland, not by the President as required by law.

Former Attorney General Ed Meese took that argument to the High Court.

They have yet to rule on that issue as well.

Joe Biden had his annual physical yesterday, no new issues, but plenty of ailments,

apnea sleep disorder that is linked to dementia, heart and cholesterol conditions and the risk of stroke.

Of course he didn't take a cognitive test, but all in all, not terrible for a fellow his age,

but certainly not what's needed to be running the nation and the free world,

as he has already amply demonstrated over his first three years in office. The Fannie Willis hearing has become a public spectacle,

a trial of the corruption of Willis and her lover, lead prosecutor Nathan Wade, conspiring with the Biden White House to bring their prosecution

against President Trump to receive federal monies for that prosecution and to spend that money, let's say, unwisely, and to have been an ethical

conflict in their relationship, to have been caught lying on just about everything, and now they face an ethics panel for their conduct.

Fanny said early in the hearing process that she wasn't on trial.

She couldn't have been more wrong, and she very likely will be disbarred.
