My guest today is Lena Marie, and she's going to talk to us about core power

yoga and Black Lives Matter, and I'm going to tell you more about her and today's conversation

in just a bit. But first, I'm in need of a chicken.

Long-time listeners know that this happens every once in a while on the show,

and if you are a new round here and you're not interested in me spouting off on some stuff, then maybe you want to just skip ahead.

But I had a week that just floored me.

I had a day this week where I broke down emotionally in a way they just haven't in a long time,

if only a few times in my life.

And it started out fine, like the week began on a real up note.

First, we had a birthday party in the park with several other parents we hadn't seen in a long time.

And it was all very socially distance and respectful.

And it was kind of great.

It was a really good time.

And it was a little weird, but still fun.

And I was super happy to feel like, okay, a little semblance of our fellow humanity and friends

and not just being cooped up at home.
