Dan's real name's not Larry. We're not part of a cult of rhyming names.

However, we have done a lot of work to make sure you remember

who's who because our experience over talking together has been that during the break, people

come up and first questions always, are you Barry or Gary? It's quite embarrassing. So Barry's

actually been practicing an Irish accent. He's going to attempt the entire presentation in an Irish

what stops organisations from becoming a lean enterprise.

It's quite in line with the theme today.

So there are things that go on in traditional organisations that are going to inhibit what you do. And it's really

important that we become quite transparent and make these things very visible so that we can

change the kind of conversations that are going on in organisations. There's this market tension that's been building.

And the first thing we talk about is how do we build the right thing quicker,

as opposed to just building the thing that we've been asked to do

and continuing to build it until we finished it

and then standing back and saying, what do we build next?
