Kamala Harris will speak at a campaign event in the border town of Douglas

Arizona.

Right now you see the state's attorney general,

Chris Mays, who's speaking to the crowd.

We're going to bring you that live as it happens.

Now, this is Kamala Harris's first visit

to the border as a presidential candidate.

According to report, she will announce she plans to keep President Biden's hardline

crackdown on asylum seekers in place.

In fact, she may even make it more difficult to lift those restrictions.

It is clearly calculated by our campaign,

which clearly believes that immigration will be a high Salience issue this year.

It already has been. A fact that appears to be backed up by the polling

data, which shows it consistently ranked among the top issues facing voters.

Harris will also likely go after Donald Trump directly for his role in
