for those of you new to the show. But we wanted to

expand our horizons a little bit on this podcast and sit with people who are

especially interested in one field or discipline. In this case, I'm really

excited to have on today Leah Remini. She is a wonderful actress, but recently she's done a kind of pivot. She has this new

podcast called Scientology, Fair Game. If that sounds vaguely familiar, you've probably heard of her television show called

Leah Remini Scientology and the Aftermath. It ran on A&E for three years, but Leah is not quite done with this subject.

She was a former Scientologist for 35 years.

She not only knows the members of this program, she was a member of this program.

Her podcast, co-hosted by former Scientologist Mike Render seeks to expose the

hypocrisies of this institution, to get behind the facade and reveal the

terrible truth about Scientology.

As someone who has a very slight understanding of Scientology,

I had a lot of questions for her.

How do you stay in something like this for so long?

What are there methods of indoctrination?
