The court has been so overwhelmed with their back and forth that they requested both sides to stop filing motions while the court takes the time to review and consider the current motions prior to the hearing. 0:13.0	There is a court hearing coming up on the case we are talking today on Tuesday, January
0:20.0	16th, and then there's another hearing set for January 19th. So today's episode
0:26.2	covering the Leah Remini Scientology lawsuit is going to be an overview of the
0:31.0	extensive amount of litigation, the objection to the judge, the objection to subpoenas,
0:36.7	and all of the motions that are going to be coming into court.
0:39.8	But depending on my own travel plans and whether or not they go through, I may not be able to update the court hearing in this episode before it goes live on Wednesday.
