Welcome to another episode of Drop in the Gloves.

Thank you for joining me here on a nice Wednesday morning.

I hope everybody's doing well and having a good week and had a good last week.

We are going to catch up with a lot of things.

But first I'll just say, yeah, thanks for joining me. I appreciate the support. I was out last week. I went to Canada, my home and

native land to do a charity event in Markham, Ontario for Hockey Helps to Homeless. I haven't done one

in a while. And it was good to kind of get back in the saddle and I forgot how fun they

were first of all but I forgot the kind of the pressures that go along with gosh playing hockey

I've just been you know doing my men's league every Sunday night and it's a lot of fun and

you go to these charity events and it's it's a weird um it's a weird situation

it's a it's a paradox a paradigm because you do these events and you want to make sure everybody

has fun first of all it's it's for a good event you're raising money for a local food bank or a local, you know,

homeless charity that, you know, helps a homeless, a great cause. But at the end of the day,

the people who are playing in the events are not homeless. They want to have a good time. They want

to be entertained. And at the end of the end of the day, they're hockey players.
