Airbnb and you had the most horrific customer service experience. This lady was so rude to you and

you were absolutely seating. Do you remember that? I do remember. Yeah, I remember that particularly

the service, one of these were just literally, it was a bit of a faulty tower, is this actually a joke? Could you really be any ruder than you are being kind of a thing? Yes, it was a strange place actually. And you had to drive a long, long way to get to it, and it really wasn't worth the drive. And I think that was the end of her sort of association, probably the new wine in the back of your feet. Anyway, you are, I mean, how to describe you? I know you speak at loads of major festivals, so we met a new wine. You're a leader. You've invited me a few times up to your network of churches. Ivy in Manchester. Also want to talk about new thing, church planting,

that you're sort of heading up and remember reading a few years back your book, Rough Diamonds,

a new kind of man, tough, trusted, transformed. And so man's man, having worked as well 10 years

in the police, you also broadcast. So's all sorts of stuff and we got limited

time. So let's just crack on straight away. Don't know much about your background. Where did it all

begin? Well, I'm originally brought up in Manchester, moved here when I was two. My mom and dad,

a working class family, good family, and my dad was Irish and traveled all over the country, putting up

pylons. But then after a couple of years, I was born in Ipswich. We moved when I was two because

my mum said, I'm going back home to my mum and dad. And if we're married, you need to come with me.

So he did. And then he worked in a cotton mill, which she'd worked in from being a young girl,
