abbreviation is LLI leadership. Lean in. We are leaning in to the subject matter of leadership

in our attempt. Our goal is trying to get a little

bit better. And I just love anybody that is a leaner. By the way, today, we're recording this on

a Sunday. Today, in the courtyard, some people walked up and said, hey, we're leaners from

Ireland. Got to take a photo with some folks from Ireland today and just means the world to

our team and to myself that, first of all, that you've accepted the responsibility to be a leader

and that you're trying to grow in your leadership. That's our goal. Our tag phrases as promised

progress because we know we can't promise perfection, but by golly, gosh,

darn it, we are going to promise progress. Not everybody can deliver that, by the way,

Cowboys, Clippers, you guys get it. But for us, we are going to improve. So today, I am ecstatic.
