Professor of Business at the University of Virginia, very distinguished professor, author, speaker,

and he's got a new book called Strategy in the Digital Age, Mastering the Digital Transformation.

So it's, it's, it's, listen, obviously the timing of your book, I think, is, is tremendous.

I would love to hear some of the lessons in the book, but one of the questions I have is, you know,

with the change in AI, I'm going to turn you in. I can't tell you how many times I have clients now,

particularly in big litigation as they say, oh, did you pull these four cases? And I'm looking at

this case, I'm like, where did you get these cases from? Oh, check GPT. I'm like, that does not

work as efficiently as folks think for, for that purpose, but obviously the change of technology,

it's massive legal application, but it has so much big impact across the number of areas.

I would love to share some of the greatest use cases in the place where people should position

themselves business-wise to really take advantage of it. Yeah, Daniel Lawyer just recently

got in trouble for using chat GPT and was having a big, uh, uh, fake references in the,

the summary of your cases. Why do you do it, Mike? Yeah, not me.

I think, you know, that's actually an important thing to recognize about what these large language

models are doing. You know, ultimately they're just predicting the next word. And so when it comes

to things like citations, it just makes them up because it looks across those people who have

cited either different cases or different articles, uh, and will, like, combine names together in
