Again, in the 17 Induspeedable Laws of Teamwork, one of the laws is the law of the catalysts. The law of the catalysts says winning teams have players who make things happen.

You see games are won by get it done and then some people. That's just what they are. So leaders had the ability to stir to cost in the leadership challenge book.

They enable people to act. They cause things happen. And what do leaders cause?

Number one, they cause momentum. They have the ability to get momentum going.

Warren Buffett said it's not how hard you wrote a boat. It's how fast the stream is going.

There are four types of people in an organization in the area of momentum. There are momentum fakers.
