And it's like this big divide that's just as real as ethnic diversity or gender diversity

or income diversity.

And yet we're talking about those, it seems like we don't know how to talk about this

elephant in the room.

Not only is it going to keep that younger generation engaged, but I feel like the changes

necessary to do what you just suggested is going to make a company more nimble.

And think about how we could leverage this instead of making them adversaries.

They're allies and we bring out the very best in each generation, welcoming the input

from every generation even the young.

We normalize defects when we just keep doing the same old thing, but we don't really have

time to fix it.

We'll fix it next year, you know, well, we need to fix it because our competitors are

going to take over and we're going to be in the dust and they're going to go, gee,

I guess we have time to fix it now.

Millennials are the number one demographic in the workforce.
