right? He has been hammered, I mean, just hammered by progressives for allowing passage of the

long-term continuing resolution to fund the federal government. This left his standing severely

damaged. And we're still, it's unclear,

I think, whether he fully recovers is he able to get back. Progressives on a different issue.

You know, if you just zoom out, there was no chance the Schumer and Senate Democrats were ever

going to vote for a shutdown. But Schumer at one point did give mixed signals on whether he'd seek
