Ladies and gentlemen, a couple of notes before we, well as we begin this broadcast it's begun look at that I didn't have to lift

anything first of all the Democrats are seemingly making the same mistake one more election cycle.

They are ignoring an issue that Republicans seem to feel is central and worth focusing on and

do so again so again most recently to some serious effect and that issue is who

appoints the judges and the justices.

You haven't heard her talk about it or him or them.

But you know that inside the Republican Party, Leonard Leo, who led the selection of the three justices appointed under Donald Trump, first time around, maybe only time, was critical in policy changes that included the

wiping off the books of Roe versus Wade.

Maybe it's time for the Democrats to

row, row their boat before election day.

One more note,

almost hesitant to bring it up,

but it seems like it's almost imperative right now.

If you are an American person of the Jewish persuasion, you are bedeviled by on one side the partisans, the quite fervent partisans of the Palestinians who have been treated to quite profound death, damage, and danger as the result of the Israeli

reaction to the horrible Hamas attack of a year ago last week.

And you're also bedeviled by having to defend as a result the extremely right-wing

government of biniman Netanyahu.

And it's almost impossible to thread that needle and come out without

entertaining serious enmity on one side or another,

or the other.
