The U.S. National Labor Relations Board has challenged SpaceX's severance agreements, alleging the paperwork unlawfully limits

what staff can say and do.

Once they leave Elon Musk's rocket maker.

The complaint filed this week by an NLRB regional director for Seattle says

SpaceX requires its former workers to not disclose the terms of the

Severance Agreement, not disparage SpaceX, its employees, directors, officers, shareholders, or agents,

SpaceX has an agent, not to voluntarily

assist any litigation against the company,

if compelled to do so to notify SpaceX.

Those requirements, depending on how they're worded,

are potential no-no-no's right now in the United States.

SpaceX in January sued the labor watchdog in a Texas court, California is where SpaceX is based, claiming the government agency, the NLRB,

had interfered with its constitutional rights.

That's one day after the agency filed the complaint against SpaceX's dismissal of several workers who criticized, guess who,

Elon Musk, and other alleged unfair labor practices. The court has yet to decide whether California or
