My name is Daniel Port, and I am excited to have you here with us today.

We're going to talk about a really fun player, a player that I enjoyed learning about and reading about, and that's Brooks Robinson, the Orioles legend.

And, but before I jump into talking about Robinson, who unfortunately passed recently a few months ago. That's why we're talking about him today.

I wanted to make a clarification about something I did in the last episode.

So it was brought to my attention, and actually this is a great point, that I feel like

when I was looking at moving Nolan Arnado ahead of Hank Greenberg, which I had done on the list during our sort of reevaluation episode last week, I had forgotten the factor in that Greenberg had lost almost four years of playing time in his prime to serving in World War II.

And that is something that I've given weight to when I talk about Ted Williams and when I've

talked about other players.

And I didn't really factor that in for Greenberg.

I did when I did the initial ranking.

If you go back and listen to that episode.

But I didn't this time.

And I wanted to factor that back in.

I think that was a great point.

It was brought to me by one of our Discord users, a little piranha.

And I felt that I really wanted to come back and re-evaluate doing that.

I'm going to actually reverse that decision.

I'm going to keep Greenberg ahead of Nolan Aronado for now and see how the year plays out. Now, with that being said, I think it's

time to dive into a player that, like I said, I really enjoyed reading about, really had a good
