Now, on to our topic. In 1914, there was an Antarctic explorer. His name was Ernest Shackleton, and he set out on what would become one of the most grueling survival journeys in history. His ship, the endurance, became trapped and was eventually crushed in ice. Now, he stranded in one of the most harsh environments on the earth, and he had one goal.
