Summary

In the second episode of my Seven Deadly Sins Series, I am talking about laziness, distraction and diligence. Laziness robs us of happiness by decreasing our capacity to enjoy the deepest joys that God has given us.

The enemy often tells us the lie that the less we do, the better we feel, but when we really see the truth of it, the less diligent we are, the less happy we feel.

In today's episode, I discuss the many distractions thrown at us, day in and day out, which often keep us from the most important things. I share in depth about the importance God places on diligence within scripture and practical ways that we can be more diligent with our health, bodies, relationships, goals and homes.
