Why would we build a business or a brand if we don't own it first, right?

We don't build businesses based on where we're at,

we build them on based on where we're trying to go.

Like you don't want to build a business or a brand only for someone to hit you with a cease and desist letter

and tell you to take it all down or even worse, turn over all that product packaging to me or that

marketing material to me because I am the true owner and under the law I can destroy it.

It has to work where it has to work.

Somebody who's my personal business lawyer handles all of my trademarking and I believe this is a subject that is not talked about enough and more

importantly than not talked about enough we simply aren't just educated enough on trademarks.

Case in point I had a huge six-figure mistake less than two years ago and this

with me being what you would call a seasoned business owner. So I have to bring her in to

demyph some trademark stuff, educate us on some trademarks, and show us how we need to be

operating and properly protecting our business.

on. I really wanted you to come on here because it's like we are so under educated on trademarks and how important they are so I basically want to do a master class live right now teaching us what we need to know the no knows like what we should be focusing on just

so people are educated on how to operate in this world of just trademarks I know

you go through a lot and I'll give you example.

I've been an entrepreneur 15 years, last two years.

We built a company, we started it, did all this brand and did all these videos

and we essentially had to scrap all of it because we didn't have the proper

trademarks in place.
