If you haven't heard about it yet, Antonio Brown accused of rape and sexual assault in a lawsuit filed by a former LSU

gymnast Brittany Taylor. She lives in the Memphis area now where she teaches gymnastics. She alleges sexual

impropriety by Antonio Brown as well as rape last year. We go all in on this case analyzing it from basically

the every perspective with what the NFL, what the patriots and what Antonio Brown should do and could do and what is likely to come of this case.

Also Jeff Schwartz swings by we talk a little bit about the NFL also, but this is primarily Antonio Brown the latest in what has been an ongoing circus.

And certainly the darkest turn by far in what has been a sorted story and just got a lot worse these allegations anyway. All of it we will discuss.

Just when it seemed like maybe all the Antonio Brown drama might be fading into the background and we might not hear anything else about him for a little while.

Now that you join the New England Patriots last night news breaks of a lawsuit that has been filed that accuses him of sexual assault three different instances of sexual assault including a rape and the details are pretty graphic.

But I'm going to dive into this story and try to explain to you where we are and what might be on the horizon as it pertains to this lawsuit goal is to make you the smartest as sports fans that you could possibly be about this story I will answer your questions I will put this into context for you.

I will put on my lawyer hat now before we get into the specifics remember these are allegations and if you regularly listen to this show you know that I'm a little bit rare in that I don't believe men I don't believe women I try to look at the allegations themselves give you both sides of whatever a story may be.

I'll give you Antonio Brown's defense I'll give you this woman's accusations and I will answer any questions you guys may have but what I always try to do is be middle of the road in terms of reading allegations remember these are just allegations they aren't yet proven facts and then trying to put it into a larger context for you now some people get upset by that.

Because we live in this still kind of I think me to era where remember for a while there there was this believe all women hashtag so you were supposed to believe someone because of her gender and you were supposed to not believe someone else because of his gender and I said that troubled me to the extreme because what it does is take away all the analysis and factual and facts and then you know what I'm going to do is take away all the analysis and facts and then I will answer your questions.

I'll give you a little bit of investigation and replace it by blanket identity politics related guidelines so you're supposed to believe somebody because of what they look like as opposed to what the facts actually tell you and to me that's that's scary down right ridiculous and I just I I'm troubled by it in the in the extreme so I don't do that I understand that that's going to trigger some people out there but that's the way that I'm going to do that.

I think I'm going to say that as a lawyer I was taught to examine cases and it's the way that I think everybody should still be examining cases so as a preliminary this woman let me let me start to dive into some of the things that we know based on a undisputed factual analysis here.

This woman worked as a trainer for Antonio Brown on multiple different instances and she is a former gymnast who went to LSU and later moved to Memphis where she is from and wanted to set up her own gymnastics studio and in the allegation which I'm going to read some of this from I'm going to read directly from the lawsuit.

There are some details that may trouble you so you got young kids in the car just FYI I'm reading from a lawsuit alleging inappropriate behavior then I will bring in the crew and let them ask any questions so you guys listen and then I will open up phone lines and let you guys ask me any questions that you would like.

The Patriots have released a statement I will get to that shortly but this allegation is that Antonio Brown the worst of the allegations is that Antonio Brown raped this woman and she says that she she raped that he raped her this is the reading directly from the complaint.

She struggled he lifted her dress and told her quote you know you want this she pleaded with him shouting no and stop but Antonio Brown refused and proceeded with great violence to rape her she protested and cried the entire time when she when he finally released her she stood up in a state of trauma and shock crying in front of him.

In addition to this there's also the allegation that Antonio Brown before he raped her without her permission while she was focused on this is a crazy fact pattern while she was focused on a religious video brown began masturbating behind her and then he ejaculated on her this is reading directly from the complaint and brown was brown later sent.
