This week, Senator John McCain blamed the Obama administration

for the resurgence of al-Qaeda in Iraq.

We could have left a residual force behind.

It was clear they were ready to do it.

But this administration wanted everybody out.

They got everybody out.

And we predicted that without that residual force, this whole thing would unravel. It has.
