thoughts about that that is worth watching because that is the most amendment

the most important amendment nobody ever thought about you know six months ago

this is worth staying right and listening to certainly not thought about in this

context and so and and he will follow Harvard Law Professor Lawrence Tribe, also an expert on

constitutional law on the 14th Amendment who will give us his view of how the

14th Amendment how it has the power to keep Donald Trump off the ballot in some states.

Well we begin this hour with breaking news Mark Meadows, criminal defendant Mark Meadows,

co-defendant of Donald Trump in Georgia, has just filed an appeal with the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals asking for a hearing by the full Court of Appeals.

His first appeal in that case was heard by a three-judge panel who rejected Mark Meadows

attempt to move his case to federal court.

He's currently being prosecuted in Georgia, in Fulton County,
